We would be delighted to have you and your pet as our guests. As part of your stay, a $30.00 non-refundable pet cleaning fee per reservation will be applied to guestroom. Small quiet dogs are allowed.  Exceptions for large pets must be approved by hotel.

To ensure a comfortable stay for yourself and your fellow guests, we would appreciate it if you would please observe the following guidelines:

• Please ensure that you use your “Do Not Disturb, Pet In Room” insert, provided at check in, in the key slot of your guest room door after checking in.

• Your pet must be kept on a leash when it is in the hotel or on hotel property, unless it is in your room.

• Please do not leave your pet unattended. If you plan to go out without your pet and require a pet sitter, Guest Services can provide you with assistance with this and also provide you with trails for walking your dog.

• We regret that pets are not allowed in any food and beverage outlets, or the pool area of the hotel. This exclusion does not apply to guide dogs.

• You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet on hotel property as well as in and around Vancouver.

• Any disturbances, such as barking, should be curtailed to ensure that other guests are not inconvenienced.

• Please contact the Housekeeping Department to arrange for a convenient time for servicing your room. No attempt will be made to enter if there is a pet in the room, unless the owner is present. The pet owner should be in the room when it is cleaned if the pet is present.

• You agree to be responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from your pet. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel; it’s owners and operators, from all liability and damage suffered as a result of your pet.
